1. Hosting:
This website is hosted by an external service provider (Host Europe GmbH, Germany). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host. This may primarily include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, website accesses, and other data generated through a website.
2. Server Logfiles
When you access our website, it is technically necessary for data to be transmitted to our web server via your internet browser. The following data is recorded during an active connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server:Date and time of the request, name of the requested file, page from which the file was requested, access status, web browser used, and operating system used, (full) IP address of the requesting computer, and the amount of data transferred.We collect the listed data in order to ensure a smooth connection to the website and a technically flawless provision of our services. The processing of this data is absolutely necessary to make the website available to you. The log files serve the purpose of evaluating system security and stability as well as administrative purposes. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in the protection and functionality of my website. For reasons of technical security, particularly to prevent attacks on our web server, this data is temporarily stored by us. After a maximum of 14 days, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at the domain level, making it no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. In anonymized form, the data may also be processed for statistical purposes. There is no storage of this data together with other personal data of the user, no matching with other data records, or any transfer to third parties at any time.

If you enter your data in the contact form or contact me via email, this information will be used to get in touch with you and may be stored. If you wish to have the recorded data deleted, please contact me by phone, email, or the contact form so that I can delete your data immediately.
4. Data Transfer and Recipients
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties, except where we have explicitly indicated this in the description of the respective data processing, if you have given explicit consent for this, if the transfer is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominant legitimate interest in not sharing your data, in cases where there is a legal obligation to transfer the data, and as far as this is necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you. Furthermore, we use external service providers for the provision of our services, which we have selected carefully.
